Responsibilities: 

• Assist Senior Managers/Managers in overall monitoring and project management of the construction projects from inception, implementation to completion. 
• Handle overall project management including but not limited to project budget, cost control, programme, design quality, design co-ordination, construction supervision and contract administration.           
• Liaise and collaborate with consultants and relevant government departments for the execution of project within budget, project time frame and meet with quality requirements.               
• Provide technical support to the project team.                  

Requirements:

• Degree in Architectural or related discipline.
• Holder of certificate in construction safety supervisor is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience in project management in construction industry. Proven experience in sizable high-end residential / commercial projects is highly preferred.
• Experience with property developer and/or consulting firm is an advantage.
• Recognized professional qualification of HKIA, HKIE or equivalent.
• Highly proficient in both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua) and English.
• Good project management, communication and supervisory skills to coordinate and monitor projects.
• A good team player, able to work independently and under pressure.
• Excellent problem solving, analytical and negotiation skills.
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager level.
