Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operational planning for the foreign exchange business line, formulating growth strategies.

• In charge of the planning and design of foreign exchange products, developing pathways for product capability evolution, and driving their progress.

• Lead user acquisition initiatives in the foreign exchange sector and implement strategies to boost user growth and conversion, thus increasing user numbers and transaction volumes.

• Plan and execute operational activities for foreign exchange products, focusing on enhancing product promotion, user engagement, and conversion objectives.

• Responsible for prototyping and interaction design of foreign exchange products, analyzing user behavior data, optimizing product features, and improving user experience to strengthen market competitiveness.

• Gather and organize requirements for foreign exchange products to analyze and coordinate the implementation, and collaborate on product launches and related efforts.

• Establish internal and external operating procedures and standards for foreign exchange products and operations.

• Draft essential documentation, including product requirement documents and user manuals for foreign exchange products.

• Coordinate various tasks related to the foreign exchange product line.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, economics, or finance.

• Familiar with exchange and remittance services, with 3 years or above of experience in product planning and operations in this field.

• Proficient in product prototyping, image processing, and drawing tools, such as Axure, Photoshop, Sketch, Figma, Visio, Processon, etc.

• Proficient in various data analysis and processing tools, such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, etc.

• Strong data user analysis and mining skills.

• Strong project management skills.

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with strong attention to detail (English and Simplified Chinese).
