Responsibilities:

• Work closely with sales team to identify and develop opportunities;
• Address market leads and conduct technology presentations to customers;
• Design the best valued IT solutions to customers and work out the solution proposals;
• Liaise with marketing team at all stages in delivery technology demonstration, workshops and seminars.
• Handle IT-related documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals, and project reports.

Requirements:

 

• High diploma or degree holder in all disciplines;
• Over 3 years experience working as the relevant System Engineer;
• Knowledge on infrastructure of virtualization, server, storage and networking;
• Knowledge on China brand infrastructure solutions is a plus
• Advantage of being certified in VMWare, Microsoft, Cisco, HPE, Dell EMC or equivalent;
• Cloud technology such as AWS or Azure knowhow is a plus;
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with all parties.
• Self-motivated, flexible and sensitive to clients’ needs and concerns
• Able to work under pressure in a multi-task environment 
• Good command of English & Chinese;
• Candidates with more experience can apply Solutions Consultant.
