What this job involves 

  • Plan, coordinate and execute matters related to facilities management for a mixed portfolio of office and retail premises

  • Oversee the facilities service performance of security team, cleaning team and landscaping team to maintain an excellent daily building operations

  • Prepare and review contracts and tender documents including negotiations etc

  • Intervenes, analyzes, manages and resolves business conflicts between the company and the vendors / suppliers

  • Monitor the progress/quality of works performed by both contractors and in-house staff

  • Implement procedures of safety system and performance measurement like scorecard to ensure quality and reliability of services meeting client’s requirements

  • Provide superior facilities service to client’s through all facilities functions 

Interested?  An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications 


Desired experience and technical skills

Required 

  • Diploma / Degree in Facilities Management / Property Management or relevant disciplines

  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant experience is preferred

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English with good presentation and communication skill

  • Interface with clients, landlords, consultants, contractors, and suppliers required
