Production Clerk

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handling daily documents for central processing factory & office;

  • Handling HR related documents and generate reports;

  • Responsible on ERP system (SAP) operation;

  • Preparation on information and figures, and data input for the production management system;

  • Monitoring inventory on all production related materials and generate reports;

  • Initial reimbursement request on production related materials;

  • Preparation on production related materials;

  • Handle any ad hoc. tasks assigned by supervisor.

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • High school certificate or above;

  • 1 year relevant working experience or above;

  • Proficiency in English and Chinese word processing;

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Attentive to details and be responsible;

  • Rotating shift on Saturday (5-day work week);

  • Good command of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP & WMS system;
