• Answer phone calls and handle enquiries at front desk
• Provide administrative support & customer service
• Support data entry
• Support classes operation

REQUIREMENTS:
•⁠  ⁠Form 5 / DSE graduate / Degree Holder or equivalent qualifications 
•⁠  ⁠Excellent telephone manners & customer service skills
•⁠  ⁠1 year work experience or above
•⁠  ⁠Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
•⁠  ⁠Excellent telephone manners & customer service skills
•⁠  ⁠Pleasant personality, patient and good interpersonal skills;
