Major Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of Power EE engineers in product development

• Responsible for the project planning and execution

• Responsible for power electronics design in residential Energy Management systems

• Work with cross-functional teams to define the hardware design

• Work with product manufacturing team on product testing and manufacturing processes

• Proactive to keep updated and to promote adoption of new technologies
   

Requirements

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Electronics & Electrical Design or related discipline

• 5+ years of professional product development experience in smart connected product

• Experience in electronics design with microprocessor, IOT devices, power converter topologies for EV chargers, RF devices such as  wireless/RF, BLE & Thread

• Familiar with microprocessor, SoC and digital electronics in embedded system design

• Famililar with component selection for FETs, transfomers, and other power electronics

• Proficiency in circuit simulation and design

• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams @ multiple sites

• Experience in HVAC, EV charger, Energy Management and Power Electronics domain will be a plus

• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Putonghua
