Key Responsibilities:
 

• Assist in the preparation of sales reports, promotional materials and update sales databases.

• Learn about company products and services to effectively communicate benefits to clients.

• Assist in the coordination of sales events such as book fairs and seminars, which include:

  - Book fair preparation, onsite support, post event tasks

  - Logistic handling, sales and operational tasks

• Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

About You

Essential: 
 

• Undergraduate in Marketing, Business or a relevant field (preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service.

• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
