Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of the brand’s official website visual system, independently completing high-conversion-rate page visuals such as homepages, product pages, and campaign landing pages.

• Oversee multi-terminal product UI design (App/Web/H5/Mini Programs), establish unified design guidelines, and enhance user experience and product metrics through visual solutions.

• Independently produce omnichannel marketing visual materials (online: feed ads/banners/social media images; offline: display stands/print materials), ensuring strong visual consistency across the brand.

• Drive the entire process of short video creativity (planning/story boarding/shooting/editing), creating content that boosts user dwell time and engagement rates.

• Systematically accumulate design assets (component libraries/brand resources/motion effect templates), building a reusable design resource system to drive team efficiency.

• Keep abreast of design trends and shifts in user aesthetics, continuously optimising visual strategies through data validation methods like A/B testing to enhance brand competitiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Design or related field; exceptional candidates may be considered with flexible qualifications.

• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and UI collaboration tools such as Figma or Sketch.

• Strong understanding of iOS/Android design guidelines and responsive layouts, with keen eye for color, composition, and detail.

• Skilled in motion graphics, interactive effects, and video editing, capable of end-to-end short video production.

• At least 2 years of experience in visual design for internet products, with a proven track record in multi-platform projects (App/Mini Program/H5/website).

• Experience in advertising agencies, MCNs, or short video platforms is a plus.

• Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
