Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the full life-cycle recruitment process for all levels of positions, including developing sourcing strategies, job posting, pre-screening, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring process.
• Oversee the end-to-end offer process, including salary negotiation, contract finalization, and onboarding coordination and orientation.
• Utilize direct search capabilities on LinkedIn to identify and engage with potential candidates.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored for IT and corporate functions across various levels.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
• Identify areas for improvement in recruitment processes and implement strategies to enhance productivity and performance.
• Maintain regular reports and conduct data analytics to provide labor market insights, reviewing recruitment practices and sourcing tools to management.
• Analyze and keep track recruitment metrics to enhance talent acquisition performance
• Act as the company ambassador, promoting the organization’s image in the market.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor in Human Resources, Business or related disciplines 
• Minimum 8 years talent acquisition experience from recruitment agencies, retail or F&B
• Collaborative mindset and build trust with internal and external stakeholders
• Presentable, independent and able to work in fast-paced working environment
• Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
