Job Responsibilities:

• Provide merchant service at Octopus Equipment Maintenance Service Centre. Such as sales order and reader repair requisition form preparation
• Handle merchant enquiry
• Provide general clerical and administrative support to the team

Requirements:

• HKCEE/HKDSE with 5 subjects passed (Grade E/Level 2) including English, Chinese and Mathematics
• 1 year clerical experience preferred. Fresh graduate is also welcomed
• Familiar with MS Office applications
• Accurate and fast English and Chinese typing speed not less than 35 wpm
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good numerical sense and able to work under pressure
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service awareness
