Key Responsibilities:
Team Management: Lead and manage a team of service technicians and engineers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance, professional development and business growth and achievement.
Service Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the service department, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery for commercial HVAC systems service.
Customer Centricity: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns promptly and ensuring quality service. Proactive selling of Carrier products and service is a must.
Business Development: Develop and implement service strategies to drive business growth, including identifying new service opportunities and expanding the customer base.
Budget Management: Manage the service department budget, ensuring cost-effective operations while meeting financial targets. He / She will have full P&L responsibility.
Compliance: Ensure all service activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Technical Support: Provide technical support and expertise to the service team and customers, resolving complex service issues.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance of the service team, implementing improvements as needed to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
1、Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering
2、More than 10 years of work experience related to residential and light commercial HVAC systems is required, with at least 5 years of management experience.
3、 Have work experience in fields such as HVAC equipment manufacturing, installation, maintenance, or operation management, and be familiar with the overall operation process of commercial HVAC systems and the handling of common problems.
4、 Master the design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance technologies of residential and light commercial HVAC systems, and be able to interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
5、 Be familiar with relevant national and local laws, regulations, standards, and specifications regarding residential and light commercial HVAC systems
6、 Shown experience leading a team, managing customer relationships, and/or managing a P&L or comparable business unit.
7、 Proven leadership and an ability to orchestrate resources and motivate teams.
8、Ability to influence and drive change through exceptional written and verbal communication skills
