Procurement Assistant - Trims & Accessories

Brief introduction of EUHK:

We are a strategic manufacturing enterprise with 9 regionalized production facilities in Europe and Asia, specialized in buttons, metal components, custom jewelry and fashion accessories for the international apparel, leather goods and home industry.

Our mission is to partner with our clients providing our expertise and talents, bringing their ideas and designs to life.

Key responsibilities/ Job duties:

  • Assist sales and merchandising team in product development and/or order follow up

  • Managing and reporting on-time deliveries

  • Coordinate with warehouse colleagues, prepare shipping document & arrange shipment

  • Provide administrative support to internal team

  • Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records of submissions, inventory and filing

Skills required:

  • F.5 or DSE above with at least 1 years of relevant experience

  • Organized and detail oriented

  • Able to work independently and good communication skills

  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin

  • Applicants with more experience will be considered as Procurement officer

Benefits:

  • 5 Working days per week (09:00-18:00)
