About the Position:
A well-established French company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee the financial management of multiple businesses, including Food & Beverage catering, aeronautic services, and potential expansions into other industries. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the CEO and senior management to drive growth and ensure fiscal health across all sectors.

Financial Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies to support business objectives and enhance profitability across various sectors.
Budget Management: Oversee the preparation and management of annual budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and effective resource allocation.
Reporting and Analysis: Provide detailed financial reports and analysis to the CEO and senior management, guiding decision-making and identifying areas for improvement.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the department.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with operational needs, ensuring cohesive business operations.
Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard the company’s assets and ensure compliance with regulations.
Investment Oversight: Evaluate investment opportunities and oversee financial due diligence for potential new ventures, including construction and other businesses.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including investors and financial institutions, to support business development efforts.
Additional Tasks: Undertake other duties and achieve additional KPIs as assigned by senior management.
Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years in finance management, preferably working in a role managing a diverse industry portfolio.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a finance team effectively.
Proficient in financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English and French is essential.
Proven ability to navigate complex financial environments and deliver results under pressure.
