Responsibilities:

• Support the daily operations of the Charitable Funds Department, including case management, administrative duties, meeting coordination, fundraising, and promotional tasks;

• Establish and implement monitoring systems and administrative procedures to ensure the proper use of charitable funds;

• Optimize and expand the fund’s operations by preparing analytical reports, development proposals, and promotional materials;

• Support publicity and fundraising activities.

Requirements:

• Recognized diploma, associate degree, or higher qualification in Social Work, with at least 3 years relevant working experience;

• Possess compassion and a strong sense of responsibility, with the ability to work independently while excelling in teamwork;

• Be committed to assist individuals with severe disabilities, those living in poverty, and victims of accidents or disasters;

• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, supervisory abilities, and report-writing expertise;

• Detail-oriented, creative, and capable of motivating and inspiring a team;

• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, with the ability to handle bilingual documentation efficiently;

• Passionate about photography and videography, with an interest in creating content for social media;

• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Supervisor.
