JOB SUMMARY

As a UX/UI Designer for Exhibitions, you will be responsible for designing user-centric digital and tactile interactions. You will translate information into engaging experiences by collaborating with spatial designers, content teams, and tech teams. Your role spans research, concept development, experience flow, wireframing, and final UI design for interactive installations, exhibitions, or brand experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create intriguing user experiences with the aid of technology;

• Create user flows and outline interactions. Ensure accessibility, usability, and intuitive interactions;

• Stay current on design knowledge and trends, especially in new media art, interactive installation and the interactive space;

• Prepare decks for client presentations through storyboards, initial graphic concepts, style frames, mood board, references and writeup;.

• Develop UI designs from concept to completion;

• Work closely with the creative director and spatial designers to align digital and physical layouts;

• Collaborate closely with the creative and art directors, designers, project team, tech team, and external vendors such as decorators, architects, and constructors;

• Responsible for handling and designing visual content for various projects, including but not limited to exhibition design, interactive experiences design and multimedia items such as video and animation productions.
  

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma or above in Visual Communications, Creative Media or Multimedia related disciplines.

• Experience in multimedia, UI/UX design, marketing event industry will be an advantage.

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects.

• Experience in using Rhinoceros 3D, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Cinema 4D and/or Blender will be an advantage.

• Strong skills in understanding contents and translation into creative interactive ideas. 

• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong visual sense and information design abilities. 

• Excellent cross-functional communication with teammates.
