職責:

 

  • 處理及應對賓客的查詢、疑問及意見
  • 積極地向賓客提供待客至上的賓客服務
  • 以電郵、書信及電話處理賓客的疑問及意見
  • 確保賓客的疑問能夠按事件的急切及嚴重性作出優先順序去處理，務求以快捷有效解答賓客的問題
  • 與其他部門合作以確保賓客能夠得到專業的服務
  • 協助及處理售票等相關程序，需要處理現金或金錢交易

 

基本條件:

 

  • 能以流暢的中文（包括廣東話及普通話）及英語進行書面及口語上的溝通
  • 以專業的態度去解答賓客的疑問同時確保賓客的私隱安全
  • 能於節奏急促及壓力環境下工作
  • 能以中文輸入法及Microsoft Office的應用程式工作（包括Word, Excel, PowerPoint）
  • 於度假區不同的地方工作，包括室內及室外

工作時間： 我們的主題樂園及度假區酒店全年365天運作，因此本職位需要按照由公司編訂的更表輪班，並需要在星期六、星期日及公眾假期工作。
