Our client is a leading Chinese bank-backed financial institution with strong investment banking, brokerage, wealth management, and asset management businesses in Hong Kong. They are looking for ECM professional at VP to Director level to join, working under their investment banking team, details as follow: 
 

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full cycle origination, execution, and distribution of ECM and equity-linked transactions, including but not limited to Initial Public Offerings (IPO), share placements, block trades and other fund raising activities in Hong Kong and Great China region

• Perform transaction valuation and structuring, provide regulatory & financial advices

• Coordinate with sales force to arrange NDRs and Roadshows to secure investors, assist in bookbuilding

• Acquire and develop professional investor business relationships

• Business development and expansion plan of ECM team in Hong Kong

• Liaise and coordinate with Institutional Sales and Corporate Finance

• Assist in other ad hoc project as assigned by management
   

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Over 7 years of ECM and investment banking experience

• Strong industry experts and clients network

• Demonstrate proven experience in ECM executions with high level of motivation and commitment to deliver 

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin
